Bruno spent 12 years at McKinsey & Company, working on projects across multiple industries and geographies. Initially based in Lisbon, he later moved to Angola as an Associate Principal to support the firm's practice development in Sub-Saharan Africa. During this time, he advised clients primarily on strategic planning and transformation in the Transport, Infrastructure, Telecom, and Government sectors.
After leaving McKinsey, Bruno pursued his passion for business building by founding and leading Cerveja Musa, a craft brewery. Since its launch in 2016, the company has grown to become a market leader in its category, achieving approximately €3.5 million in revenue and a production capacity of around 1 million liters. Its products are sold both directly through branded pubs and via a nationwide distribution network.
Bruno holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Universidade de Coimbra and an MBA from UC Berkeley
